Ben & Nan opened the Coffee Bistro in February 2012 to provide Prior Lake with fresh brewed drip coffee & espresso drinks. The restaurant was opened near their own home near Fish Lake more than 14 years ago when moving from the Eau Claire region. Nan & Ben have been known for their exceptional food which friends and family raved about at every gathering. They have used these favorites & some new items to create the menu for the restaurant. Our bistro's daily offerings also include Nan's fresh bakery items including fresh scones and cookies.

Artisan Coffee Bistro's menu also includes some of those favorite Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner items prepared in our all scratch kitchen & always made to order. Not to be out done, Ben's son Ryan offers his homemade soups each day which already have favorites amongst our guests.
